How To Make Someone An Admin On Your Facebook Business Page

Find settings in the upper right corner of your business page
Click on “Page Roles”
Type in the name or email address of the person you are granting admin rights to.
Make sure to select “Admin”

Facebook will require you to enter your account password before the admin access is officially granted.
