Becoming the Brand For More Successful Campaigns

From the first client we retained through KiMedia Strategies to the clients we have today, we have always believed in building our clients Social Media presence as organically and targeted as possible. This means that unless we truly believe that our personal connections can find value in the client, event or product… we simply do not post or talk about it through our own channels. The reason for this is simple…. Just like buying likes, clicks and followers; asking our personal networks to engage with a brand that they have no desire to hear about only creates a false social community. Sure instantly having hundreds of likes would be great, but what happens when there’s no engagement? What happens when nothing is actually happening?

Social Media Is Your Friend During Disasters

With Tropical Storm Debby lingering off the coast of Tampa, we’ve been keeping an eye on the weather reports, tracking hashtags and doing everything we can to make sure that even if we lost power, we would still be connected. Sure, we have our radio with batteries, but we are in the “sharing and over sharing days” where we like to stay connected by conversing with others through the Internet and text. This is by far the quickest way to update friends, family and neighbors of the weather or disaster conditions.
